“Real Estate Lawyers Do Good Deeds”
Trust is the bedrock of a successful attorney-client relationship. I understand, and am very sensitive to, a client’s concerns and anxieties about a residential real estate transaction, especially a purchase. In many instances, it is one of the most important financial decisions of your life. My goal is to guide you calmly and safely through that journey.
For our relationship to work best, we must communicate openly and honestly with each other. I will always try to communicate with you in clear, understandable, non-legalese language. Despite my experience, I do not and cannot know everything. Laws, regulations, forms and instructions change constantly. If I don’t know or cannot readily provide the answer to your question, I research it and, if need be, tap into my network of former law firm colleagues and real estate industry professionals to find the answer.
Respect is an important element in practicing law. In the real estate context, I respect my client, the other party, the other party’s attorney and the brokers involved. Everyone has or should have the same goal, which is to achieve what both sides want as quickly and as smoothly as possible. That is how I strive to conduct my practice, which ultimately benefits you as the client.
